Luis and Blanca Delgado
Luis and Blanca have been working in the Baraboo-North Freedom area for several years. There is a church meeting in their home, and Luis can be heard on 1480AM “La Movida” radio on Sundays at 9am. Their vision is to work with the EFCA to establish a healthy church that reaches out to Latinos in the Baraboo, North Freedom, Sauk City and Reedsburg area.
