La Cosecha – Norwalk
La Cosecha is the first Latino congregation in the Forest Lakes District. This congregation has been meeting for 10 years. The church planting Pastor was Adrian Rayo, who is now in Sun Prairie. The current Pastor is Jose Reyes, who grew up in this church and served as worship leader and then as volunteer pastor to September 2007, when he was installed as the full time pastor. La Cosecha is a church planting church plant, in that they have helped other works, including an outreach ministry in Merrilan.
La Cosecha means “Harvest” and the name reminds us that “the harvest is plentiful…pray to the Lord to send workers into the harvest.”
