Adrian’s Report:
Praises: We give glory to God for the seven people who accepted Christ in the last weeks. We also give thanks for the worship team, made up of youth, that gives their all to reach out and leads us during worship. I praise the Lord for the support of the members, the church, and for the participation of church attendees during the evangelistic events.
Testimony: Arturo, who received Christ a year ago in waterloo, was a temporary worker at a greenhouse. When he finished his contract he moved to Sun prairie and continued his walk with God. He is attending New Life Church. He suffered during the winter, due to lack of a job, yet he maintained his faith and is going to be baptized on May 27. Thank you for all your prayers and appreciation. Through this we are encouraged to continue our work in the ministry.
Evangelistic Activities:
We have evangelized through the Touched Twice Clinics in Sun Prairie and Plover (Pastor: Rubens Silva).
We celebrated the El dia del nino (the day of children). It was a great success. There was a total of 43 adults and 30 children in the service, and 4 adults accepted Christ.
We also celebrated Mothers Day, at which service 3 adults accepted Christ. There was a total of 39 adults and 26 children.
Weekly Activities:
· Monday: 6 PM English classes at Waterloo dormitories in order to have a greater understanding of and to make contacts with the people working and living there.
· Tuesday: Parent Conference at the West side elementary school in Sun Prairie where there are 12 families.
· Wednesday: Bible Study at Pathway church.
· Friday: English classes at Waterloo at Cornerstone Church to make new contacts.
· Saturday: Steve Turley and I, (Adrian Rayo) continue to teach the New Testament at the Madison Training Center at Bethany Free Church.
· Sunday: We have our service at 2 p.m. at New Crossing Church 686 Progress Way. Sun Prairie, WI 53590
Waterloo: Many thanks to Christopher and Debbie from Door Creek for helping us teach English. Also many thanks to Cornerstone church for supporting us financially and for the opportunity to teach English at the Church.
Needs: We need a monitor, a bass Guitar speaker, a keyboard, an amplifier, 2 wireless microphones and 2 regular microphones. We need 30 notebooks to give to English students at Waterloo and 2 boxes of Bibles (Version Popular).
Prayers: Please pray for the new believers. My personal needs include financial support in order to ensure my salary, and that the Immigration Papers for my wife and daughter will come through quickly. May God bless you all.
